What is the process for hosting a tribute for my loved one?

After signing in, navigate to your profile and find the section titled "Create an online memorial for your loved one." Enter the First Name and Last Name of your loved one, then click "Begin" and follow the prompts to create a tribute profile. You can personalize the profile with photos and memories to honor your loved one.

What are the different pricing plans available for hosting tributes?

We offer various pricing plans to suit different needs. You can choose from our subscription plans based on the features and duration you require.

What is the duration of the plans?

Our pricing plans vary in duration. We offer a basic plan, which is valid for one year, a premium plan, which is valid for 3 years, and a lifetime plan, which has no expiration. You can upgrade your basic plan and renew or upgrade your premium plan from your account settings.

How can I obtain more space to add additional photos/media?

You can purchase additional space directly from your account profile. Choose from 200MB, 500MB, or 1GB plans, which are billed on a validity basis.

My premium subscription plan is expired. How can I reinstate the profiles of my loved ones?

When your paid subscription lapses, your account reverts to the basic plan and excess resources are archived. To restore archived media, simply upgrade your plan or purchase additional resources. Send us a reinstatement request, and we'll gladly assist you, though additional charges may apply.

How is the privacy of tribute profiles maintained?

You can customize the privacy settings to control who can view and interact with the tribute, ensuring that only intended recipients have access to the content.
